We arrived safely today in Guatemala City. The flights were great and it ended up being a much shorter trip than anticipated. Thank goodness for that! Have I mentioned how badly I hate to fly?
This afternoon we are unpacking our suitcases at the ministry center where we will be staying. It is beyond nice! It will be wonderful to be able to come here each evening to relax and debrief from our work day.
The plan for the evening is a church serice here at the ministry center and then some team building time before bed.
Our work day will begin at 8 a.m. in the morning. We’ll be laying tile at a church about thirty minutes from home base tomorrow. I am jazzed to be here and looking forward to a great week. More to come…
